Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to onboard FMCG distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers onto the Smart Vyapaar platform. The role involves field visits, supplier acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring suppliers become active sellers on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Visit FMCG distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers in assigned areas.
Identify and onboard new suppliers onto the Smart Vyapaar platform.
Explain the benefits of selling through Smart Vyapaar.
Collect required business details and complete supplier registration.
Assist suppliers with product listing, pricing, and stock updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Follow up with onboarded suppliers to encourage regular business activity.
Coordinate with internal teams for supplier activation and issue resolution.
Maintain daily visit reports, onboarding records, and performance updates.
Achieve assigned monthly supplier onboarding and activation targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of FMCG, grocery, or wholesale business.
Ability to travel within assigned areas.
Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at relationship building.
Hindi communication is essential; basic English is an advantage.
Qualification
12th pass or graduate.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Experience in FMCG sales, distributor acquisition, or field sales will be preferred.

Fixed salary of ₹12,500 per month.
Performance-based incentives of ₹35,000 and above.
